Our flexible catering style and adaptable team enable us to cater in any setting whilst always providing food and service of an exceptionally high standard. As well as being able to offer you some unbeatable pork, we have a whole host of menus that are suitable for all different types of events and cater for all tastes and dietary needs.
All of our food is freshly made on-site on the day of your event, no matter where we are cooking or the size of your guest list. We only ever use the best locally-sourced ingredients in all of our dishes and their superior quality shines through in every plate of food we serve.

If you would like to try an alternative pork or to wow your guests with a second equally delicious meat option, you will be spoilt for choice with our selection of other slow-roasted meats, which includes sumptuous sirloin of beef, tender whole roasted chicken and melt-in-the-mouth spring lamb. All of our meat is sourced from ethical suppliers and cooked to perfection by our highly experienced mobile chefs over the course of several hours.
If you have vegetarian guests, they certainly won’t be going hungry thanks to our tempting choice of tasty meat-free dishes. If you have guests with a range of dietary requirements, we will be able to adjust any part of your menu to cater for their needs. For more formal occasions we can provide refined 3 course meals, if you would prefer a sit-down meal to a buffet. This includes the option of treating your guests to a canape welcome reception courtesy of our own front of house team, along with the provision of waiting staff to take care of you for the rest of the day.
