It was an event set for towards the end of the day – a 4PM serving time on the Saturday – where the sun was still at its height and the call of the day was for an evening barbecue. Armed with our mobile hog roast machine turned grill and barbecue, Dohnis and the Hog Roast Shoeburyness team set to work grilling up an assortment of quality gourmet meats. With our barbecue menu, nothing is standard. Instead, you have handmade gourmet burgers and sausages, Thai chicken kebabs, and a whole host of fresh and gourmet side accompaniments. Greek salad and our chef’s own pasta salad helped turn down the heat on the weekend, as the Shannon Utilities team settled into a wonderful evening corporate event.
