Over a period of 6 hours, the meat is turned slowly on the spit until it falls off the bone and turns a mouth-watering golden brown. If desired, we can even drizzle on our homemade apple sauce for some additional flavour. Alongside the meat, you can add your own choice of sides to ensure you leave the event feeling full and satisfied.
