Actually, we just recently we catered for the Alistair annual summer party, Alistair holds this party each year in his home inviting over 100 guests. With so many guests to cater for, they were bound to have some general preferences and requirements for us to accommodate for. Alistair opted for our set “Menu 3” with whole roasted hog, cut and carved to be served and tender pulled pork with soft and airy bread rolls. This event also required us to bring gluten free bread rolls on hand so of course, we provided. Alistair also selected a vegetarian option; this consisted of some colourful grilled halloumi skewers that were bursting with fresh and cheesy flavours – just the right choice for a summer party.
And of course, Hog Roast Chelmsford never slack on sides, we served buttery herb dressed new baby potatoes that we saw had been stacked up on each person’s plate. Each meal was served on bamboo crockery and cutlery – a rustic looking and sustainable option for food plating.
The food went down an absolute treat and Alistair let the team know that for last years summer party, he used a different catering company, however “the food this year was much better.”
We really hope to be back again next year providing for Alistair and his guests for the next annual summer party.
