Hog Roast South Essex – Slow Roasts and 40th Birthday Celebrations at Hog Roast South Essex

Hog Roast South EssexWhen it is flavour you are looking for at a party look no further than Hog Roast South Essex’s delicious southern slow roast. Taking inspiration from the barbecuing style of our American cousins in the southern states, our southern slow roast menu is designed to bring the tang, heat, and flavour. By slow cooking delicious meats for many hours, all of the incredible spice and tanginess of our hot sauces and barbecue sauces intensify to create a truly delicious final product brimming with rich flavour. It’s the delight of any summer event, and it is yours with Hog Roast South Essex.

But you don’t need to just take our word for it. You could poll the guests at Kirsty’s husband’s excellent 40th birthday celebration from a few weeks back and they’ll be able to tell you exactly the same thing. In fact, I believe the actual words from Kirsty after her catered event with Hog Roast South Essex was that our sticky Louisiana style pork ribs slow cooked in barbecue sauce were “to die for”. That’s a compliment that we’ll happily take, as we do believe that the taste of our stick pork ribs is something that really does have to be enjoyed at least once in life.

Hog Roast South EssexLuckily for Kirsty, this 40th celebration allowed her and her husband to do so, along with plenty of our other slow roasted delights. For the party of 50 guests our catering manager Dohnis devised a special menu consisting of the aforementioned ribs, our Texas style 24 hour beef brisket, Cajun spiced rotisserie chickens, BBQ pulled jackfruit as a vegan alternative, along with classic American sides of buttered corn cobettes, the all-American classic mac and cheese, and a refreshing Greek salad. Those refreshing accompaniments are just the thing needed to help tone down some of the heat that our mains provide to the menu, making for a perfect combination of flavours and textures.

With just how much our stick pork ribs stole the show, we have little doubt that the Hog Roast South Essex team will be hearing from Kirsty and co once again soon enough!
