While our dedicated Hog Roast Canvey Island professionals can cater just about any private party that you might be planning, whatever the special occasion, we are also well-known for our corporate catering too. We’ve spent a long time providing tasty, fresh food for all kinds of corporate hospitality functions, such as conferences, exhibitions, office Christmas parties and team building events, and everything else in-between, and while your guests of employees, clients or colleagues will be wowed by our food, we’re sure that you’ll be more than impressed by the cost too.
In terms of what we can provide for your occasion, it’s actually so much more than our delectable hog roasts that you’ll no doubt be surprised. We have an array of menus that we’ve perfected over many years, so as well as fantastic plated hog roast meals and our amazing pigs in buns, we also offer gorgeous spit-roasted meat like turkey, chicken, lamb and beef, as well as barbecued meat like our own chef’s sausages and 100% beef burgers. We also have speciality menus like our winter warmer and Southern Slow Roast, with the former giving you meat, veg and potatoes of your choice, as well as those trimmings you know and love, and the latter giving you three mains of marinated meats and four hot or cold sides. Plus with plenty of homemade starters, desserts, canapés and sides on offer and alternatives for special diets like vegetarian and vegan, you can clearly see that Hog Roast Canvey Island catering is certainly a great choice you can make.
When local business owner Margaret asked us to cater her knitting event recently, she already knew it would be an excellent decision, having had us cater in the past too. She was excited to try our new loaded fries menu, where we top French fries with delicious slow-cooked meat, slaw, cheese and jalapenos, so booked us in to cater on Saturday afternoon.
On the morning of her event, our Hog Roast Canvey Island chef and assistants slow-roasted a hog, then later made a tasty zesty slaw, cooked fresh, crispy fries and melted lovely cheese, and by 1pm, we had a great feast ready for Margaret and her forty guests.
