Already, our hog roast dining experience could be considered going the extra mile for guests. We don’t cut any corners with it, for one, option to always cook it in the full spit style with all of the bells and whistles that come with doing so, and we even sometimes do it fresh on site for guests to actually watch, too!
But sometimes going the extra mile comes quite literally at Hog Roast Great Totham. With the many venues that we are invited out to cater at, there are often one or two that can be a challenge for our team to plan logistically for. The best of venues are sometimes out in the most remote locations, well away from the city or any civilisation, but nestled right in at some of the most stunning sights in the country. But, those can be hard to get to, especially when you have a whole hog roast and basically half a kitchen to transport!
We don’t give up, though. If our customers want their hog roast, we’ll do all we can to get it for them. You might not quite believe some of the lengths we have gone to in delivering our hog roast dining to events around the country. We have hiked our roasting machines up steep hills where our vans have not been able to reach. We’ve even tested to see if pigs can swim by loading our hog roasts safely onto boats and dinghies to get over to some truly incredible island venues – turns out, they can, as long as you are careful and have an excellent transport team to help you out! We’re yet to see if pigs can fly, but if ever there is a venue that requires a helicopter or even a plane to get to, you can be well assured that Hog Roast Great Totham will give it a shot!
