The chosen BBQ Menu saw guests treated to a gorgeous selection of grilled meats, featuring handmade British beef burgers, gourmet sausages, chicken kebabs and spareribs. We also presented veggie burgers and veggie sausages as an option for the non-meat-eating guests.
Hog Roast Rochford served the spread as a buffet, which enabled attendees to come and go freely, giving them the chance to savour each dish at their own pace. The meal was completed with a variety of sides, including a refreshing Greek salad, creamy coleslaw, and freshly made mixed fries that had everyone coming back for seconds.
