A Corporate Success Celebration By Hog Roast Wickford

Award-winning landscaping company TCL Group rarely gets to experience any downtime, but after recently receiving confirmation that their hard work had earned them the top spot on the UK’s list of outdoor green services providers a celebration was most definitely in order! As lovers of the great outdoors, the close-knit team of 40 had their hearts set on a traditional hog roast buffet and after conducting a quick online search, they discovered Hog Roast Wickford.

With our team of passionate and bubbly caterers on hand to answer their every query, the client immediately felt at ease and after taking some time to think over the available menu options, they called back the following day to place a booking for our classic hog roast feast which has remained a firm favourite among our new and existing clients alike since the business first launched over two decades ago. We promise once you try it for yourself, you’ll understand why! To ensure the event was run as smoothly as possible, Hog Roast Wickford’s expert catering manager Adam was placed in charge of organising the do and as always, he didn’t disappoint!

Since the serving time was scheduled for 2:30 pm, Adam and a small band of caterers made the short journey to TCL’s headquarters on Lower Park Road five hours in advance which gave them plenty of time to prep and roast the smaller sized pig and whip up the grilled vegetable skewers with optionable halloumi for the non-meat-eaters. Fortunately, the weather remained on its best behaviour and apart from the bitter autumn chill in the air, it was a perfect day for an outdoor celebration.

We never tire of seeing the smile our tantalising buffets put on our clients’ faces and this occasion was no different! TCL Group’s staff were so impressed by the spread created by Hog Roast Wickford and after admiring the perfectly golden hog in all its succulent glory, they piled their plates high with generous helpings of crispy crackling, pulled pork and homemade savoury stuffing which they topped off with a dollop of our famous sweet applesauce.
