Will and Josh tied the knot this November and celebrated the occasion with a beautiful and festive Christmas-themed reception. This was perfect for enjoying on a chilly November evening and came together wonderfully to create a beautiful venue. The reception took place at Red Brick Barn in Rochford, which is one of Hog Roast Rochford’s partnered venues, so our team was more than happy to get involved with some festive catering for this event. Our catering manager Adam was on hand to provide our delicious festive menu to the 60 guests, including a meat-free option.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Rochford team arrived at the venue in the morning to prepare for the afternoon serving time. The venue was beautifully decorated with fairy lights, a wonderful Christmas tree, and log name cards to create a cosy and festive atmosphere. For the catering, we began with the main dishes, which included delicious whole-roasted turkeys and a mini Quorn roasted joint. Both main dishes were cooked on-site and prepared freshly to ensure maximum flavour for the guests. Additionally, we served cauliflower cheese, glazed sprouts and carrots, green beans, pigs in blankets, roasted potatoes, and homemade gravy to create a delicious and festive main meal. Our catering was the perfect addition to this event and went down a treat with the guests!
