I was about to call to let you know what a wonderful service we received from Ashley on Saturday evening.
Ashley was extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, spending time telling our guests all about the hog and advising about the different cuts of meat. The pig was delicious and so tender, in fact some of our guests had 3rd helpings. All mess was cleared and taken away and the remainder of the meat was boxed for us to use the next day.
I have already recommended Spitting Pig in fact 2 of my guests have already asked me for your details and will definitely use your services again for our next party.
Incidentally we attended another event on Sunday with a hog roast, and it was awful not a patch on ours, no flavour and chewy.
