Hog Roast Witham recently catered a party for Matthew, who had asked us to cook spit-roasted chickens for the main course and also provide two sides, as well as a vegetarian option for some of his forty guests. After browsing our menus, Matthew decided on our lovely warm new potatoes in herb butter and a yummy Mediterranean pasta salad for the side dishes, as well our flavoursome veggie skewers for the vegetarian guests.
On the afternoon of Matthew’s party, some hours before service, our Hog Roast Witham team freshly prepared the chickens and set them slowly roasting, and later on grilled the halloumi and veg skewers, cooked the new potatoes and made the garden-fresh salad, and by 6pm, we had an amazing feast ready for Matthew and his hungry guests.
