For Helen’s 60th birthday, she wanted to host a delicious meal for her friends and family and enjoy an evening of luxury to celebrate the occasion. Helen planned for this meal to take place in a marquee on a local farmyard, as this would ensure that there was plenty of space for her 50 guests to enjoy the evening. The marquee was set to be elegantly decorated with flowers and fairy lights to create a wonderful atmosphere for the meal to take place. For the catering, Helen contacted Hog Roast Heybridge and asked to discuss our formal dining menus. She soon found a menu that was perfect for the occasion and began selecting her dishes and accompaniments.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Heybridge team is planning to behind the meal with a simple starter consisting of homemade soup of the day and fresh bread. This is a dish that always goes down well and is a great introduction to formal dining.
