As caterers we often find ourselves invited into the lives of our clients as we often get to attend many of their most important events from weddings and birthdays to christenings and sometimes funerals. Due to this we always like to give each and every event our upmost care and attention as we appreciate how important these events are to our clients and their family and friends. As such we find that the same clients come back to us time and time again which we value greatly as it is testament to the fact people enjoy what we do at Hog Roast Maldon!
This weekend we catered at a milestone event, an 80th birthday party! We had been contacted by Claire who wanted to arrange a party for her fathers’ big day and thought that he would enjoy our Hog Roast Maldon food. Claire informed us that there would be approximately seventy guests and that she thought everyone would enjoy our classic Hog Roast Maldon menu one option. This menu encompassed a slow roasted pig served with all of the trimmings in addition to some vegetable skewers, mixed salad and crunchy coleslaw.
The event went beautifully and Claire’s father didn’t stop smiling all afternoon. It’s always great to see how much our clients enjoy our Hog Roast Maldon at an event but that is made even better when we receive some glowing feedback afterwards as we did in this case from Claire:
The Hog Roast we had from yourselves for my Dad’s 80th Birthday party was all we hoped it would be and much, much more. Adam the chef and the young lady he had helping him were both amazing they helped the evening to go smoothly. The food was excellent and beautifully prepared and presented, I really can’t praise it enough. So, thank you and I will be using you again, as will some of the guests as quite a few asked for contact details.
