Hog Roast Epping’s latest event was a fun filled 40th birthday party. The celebration was booked by birthday boy Tristan’s partner Natalie, she wanted the very best buffet for the guests to enjoy at the garden party and that is exactly what the team delivered.
The serving time for the buffet was set at 4pm, so Catering Manager Adam from Hog Roast Epping arrived at the home venue several hours prior to 4pm. The 20 lucky partygoers were treated to a fabulous, tasty and fresh buffet. Adam made all the dishes at the venue in the hours leading to the serving time, ensuring the very best quality and freshness of the food.
Birthday boy Tristan’s party guests were treated to the most wonderful spread of food! The buffet menu was created around the Southern Slow Roast Menu, there was something prepared for all dietary requirements and tastes. There was brilliant beef brisket, delicious BBQ pulled pork and sensational Cajun spiced whole roast chickens. Alongside these tasty treats was a whole array of other platters, including corn cobettes, mac and cheese and much more. There was of course also gluten free rolls for all the guests to enjoy.
As part of the catering package that Natalie (who booked the catering) created with Hog Roast Epping the team also provided the use of high quality wooden bamboo crockery and cutlery for the guests to use during the party. However, after the buffet had been thoroughly enjoyed by all the guests Catering Manager Adam collected all the crockery and cutlery back to take away from the home garden venue, so the items could be washed and reused for future events. Also, Adam took any and all rubbish from the catering side of the event off site with him, allowing Natalie and Tristan to focus on their guests and enjoying the celebration.
The party was a great success. Tristan had a wonderful time with his guests, there was good music, the weather held fair and the food was exquisite. Hog Roast Epping look forwards to future events with the lovely couple.
