Lauren’s youngest daughter is turning 13 this May and she wanted to host a party to celebrate the occasion. The event was set to be hosted on a sports field in their hometown, which would be ideal for the football-themed party. Alongside the games and activities, Hog Roast Paglesham has been hired to provide a classic hog roast for the occasion, as this menu is ideal for serving guests of all ages. It will be important to keep the kids fuelled for the football party, so we are expecting our menu to go down a treat!
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Paglesham team is planning on setting up our catering station outdoors and getting the hog grilling in the morning, giving it at least 5 hours to roast to perfection. Once ready, the hog will be served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will also be serving succulent sausages and veggie sausages to ensure that there is something for every guest to enjoy. For the side dishes, the Hog Roast Paglesham team will be providing crunch coleslaw, a selection of fresh salad dishes, and homemade chips, creating a varied and nutritious buffet lunch.
