Our Hog Roast Chipping Ongar professionals catered a wedding anniversary party at the weekend, where we were asked to cook a hog roast to make pigs in buns for most of the guests but we also needed to make a vegetarian option. With various homemade possibilities, like quiche, mac and cheese and veggie burgers, vegetarians can enjoy their meal just as much as the carnivores. For this occasion, we made tasty veggie skewers, full of halloumi and vegetables, and served with pitta and Tzatziki. Once the centrepiece hog roast was perfectly cooked, both inside and out, it was time to satisfy everyone’s hunger with great food.
